The cost of the entire meeting is 120 Euro per person. It includes:
overnight stay (in gyms or houses of welcome), hot meals, movement
with public transport, song books, equipment. The journey is the
responsibility of every individual group or conference.
* Things to bring: rucksack, ground mat and sleeping back, transistor
radio AM/FM (to receive the translations in one’s own language).
* The final date for enrolling is fixed for the 31st May 2007
(extended
to the 2nd of August 2007);
the conferences (through their own coordinators) will communicate
by that date the approximate number of participants.
* The age of the young people is strictly from 18 to
30; in special circumstances they will be able to accept people who have just
exceeded 30 years.
* In good time the conferences will communicate the means of arrival
(bus or train) to organise the movements in Assisi. The organising
body will provide board and lodging for the drivers.
* During the meeting some churches will be sign posted in Assisi
in which it will be possible to participate in worship, conducted
in several language
