Il costo dell’intero meeting è di 120 Euro a persona.
Comprende: pernottamento (in strutture quali palestre o case di
accoglienza), pasti caldi, spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici, ,libretto
canti, gadgets. Il viaggio è a carico di ogni singolo gruppo
o conferenza.
* Materiale da portare: zaino, materassino e sacco a pelo, radiolina
AM/FM (per ricevere la traduzione nella propria lingua).
* La scadenza delle iscrizioni è fissata per il 31 maggio
2007
(prorogato al 2 agosto 2007); le conferenze (attraverso il proprio coordinatore) comunicheranno
per quella data il numero approssimativo dei partecipanti.
* L’età dei giovani è tassativamente dai 18
ai 30 anni; in situazioni particolari si potranno ammettere persone
che hanno appena superato i 30 anni.
* In tempo utile le conferenze comunicheranno la modalità
di arrivo (autobus o treno) per organizzare gli spostamenti in
Assisi. L’organizzazione provvederà al vitto e alloggio
degli autisti.
* Durante il meeting verranno segnalate alcune chiese in Assisi
in cui sarà possibile partecipare all’adorazione,
animata in più lingue.

The cost of the entire meeting is 120 Euro per person. It includes:
overnight stay (in gyms or houses of welcome), hot meals, movement
with public transport, song books, equipment. The journey is the
responsibility of every individual group or conference.
* Things to bring: rucksack, ground mat and sleeping back, transistor
radio AM/FM (to receive the translations in one’s own language).
* The final date for enrolling is fixed for the 31st May 2007
(extended
to the 2nd of August 2007);
the conferences (through their own coordinators) will communicate
by that date the approximate number of participants.
* The age of the young people is strictly from 18 to 20; in special circumstances they will be able to accept people who have just
exceeded 30 years.
* In good time the conferences will communicate the means of arrival
(bus or train) to organise the movements in Assisi. The organising
body will provide board and lodging for the drivers.
* During the meeting some churches will be sign posted in Assisi
in which it will be possible to participate in worship, conducted
in several language
